Sailing Room, Hall and Beach Hut

At Thames Young Mariners, we're excited to offer you three unique meeting and conference spaces for hire.

Each space is designed to cater to your specific needs and ensure a productive and successful event.

Sailing room

• informal layout with comfy chairs and small tables
• room is equipped with a whiteboard
• maximum capacity of 20 people.

Hall

• a range of layouts are available, both formal and informal
• room is equipped with a whiteboard
• maximum capacity varies depending on the layout of the room, however the absolute maximum is 40 people theatre style
• Wi-Fi available
• Portable projectors and screen.

Beach hut

• Comfy chairs and small table
• room is equipped with a whiteboard
• maximum capacity varies depending on the layout of the room, however the absolute maximum is 35 people.

Catering

We can provide catering for meetings and conferences at any centre.

Light Buffet Lunch Sample Menu

• Selection of baguettes and sandwiches
• Two hot savouries
• Possible options include honey sesame sausages, bahjis, samosas, mini quiche, baby roastie potatoes, chicken wings, sausage roll Crudités and dips
• Crisps or Tortillas
• Mixed salad and coleslaw
• Fresh fruit
• Selection of Muffins, cookies or homemade cakes and biscuits
• Tea and Coffee
• The selection of options is made by our catering team.
