1. Henley Fort

Travelling by minibus

Directions to Henley Fort

Due to the unique geographical location of our site, it cannot be accessed directly by a coach as the access road is a very steep and narrow hill.

There is also very limited car passing points so it is not suitable for parent drop off.

  • From the A3 head toward the town centre
  • Pick up the one way system and exit on the A3100 toward Godalming
  • Turn Right up "The Mount" after 200 meters
  • Head up long narrow hill
  • Continue past the turning circle, houses and vehicle access signs along the tarmac bridle path
  • Turn right at the end and park in our car park on the left

Report to the centre office in the courtyard.

Location: Wodeland Avenue, GU2 4LD.

  • Heading into Guildford town centre from the A3
  • Join the 1 way system [if coming from Woodbridge road]
  • Exit on the Farnham Road labelled A31
  • After 500 metres pull into Wodeland Avenue on the left & park immediately on the right next to allotments. Ideally reverse in so the passenger door is on the pavement
  • Meet SOLD staff to transfer luggage into box trailer or if a day visit only make your way alongside allotments to grassy field
  • Head directly up and right the grassy hill not entering the woods
  • Once at the top pass through kissing gate onto the road and turn right for Henley Fort
  • Enter through car park gate and follow track

Please call the centre office 10 minutes before arrival so our staff can meet you at Wodeland Avenue drop off point to guide you to Henley Fort and collect your luggage.
