- Starting salary of £14.86 per hour (comprising £12.93 per hour plus £1.93 holiday entitlement)
- Flexible bank contracts available
- 9am to 5pm, 1 to 9.30pm and 9am to 9pm shifts, Monday to Sunday
- Required at High Ashurst, Henley Fort and Thames Young Mariners

About the role
This is a fantastic role delivering high-quality programmes to ensure that our visitors benefit positively from participating in outdoor learning. Our team work with a range of groups which include primary, secondary, college, graduate and adult age groups, SEN and family groups.
Shortlisting Criteria
To be considered for shortlisting for this position, your application will clearly evidence the following:
- Previous group work experience in an outdoor setting
- A minimum of one national governing body qualification in adventurous outdoor activities
- Knowledge and understanding of theories relating to outdoor learning
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and solution focused attitude
We welcome applications from individuals who have transferrable skills but don't meet the criteria.
