Senior Outdoor Learning Instructor
The starting salary for this role is £32,512 per annum based on working 36 hours per week.
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Outdoor Learning Instructor within Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD) team with a primary base of Thames Young Mariners in Ham, near Richmond
There is a possible option of accommodation for the right applicant.
This is a pivotal role with a remit to manage, deliver and develop resources and quality outdoor learning opportunities for our customers.
What are we looking for?
- Experience of leading and managing a team using performance management processes
- Experience of planning and implementation of resources and programmes
- Experience of preparing and maintaining National Governing Body (NGB), centre recognition and health and safety inspections
- Holder of National Governing Body qualifications and at least one at senior level relevant to our centres
- A comprehensive understanding and extensive experience in the use of high-quality outdoor learning in a range of settings and experience of working with groups with a range of different needs
