Generation Green Residential
Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD) has received funding from the DEFRA 'Generation Green' programme to offer a FREE overnight residential experience at either our Henley Fort (Guildford) or High Ashurst (Dorking) outdoor learning centres.
These visits aim to connect children and young people who would not usually have access to countryside spaces with our National Landscapes, fostering a lifelong relationship with nature and improving their wellbeing.
"By enhancing nature connectedness, we aim to inspire a new generation of environmental ambassadors and support the nation's health, wellbeing, and economic recovery."
