February Half Term activities at Henley Fort
Multi activity days during February half term
Arrival and pick up
Each day is split into two sessions, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.15pm to 4.15pm with 45 minutes lunch break.
Activities
All activities take place at the centre Henley Fort.
Activities take place no matter what the weather so please ensure your child is wearing appropriate outdoor clothes.
Activities that may take place
Each day is different and activities can include:
- Climbing
- Archery
- Bush craft survival skills – fire lighting, cooking over fire, den building, tracking, bug hotel building, scavenger hunt, nature hike
- Eco arts and crafts – mud faces and natural art
- Orienteering including map and compass skills and navigation around site
- Team challenges and games

What to bring
- Appropriate clothing for the weather - jumper, trousers, long sleeved t-shirt
- Waterproofs,for rainy and windy days
- Warm coat
- Sun cream and sun hat
- Hat and gloves
Lunch
There are no vending facilities on-site. Don't forget to bring a packed lunch (nut free) and plenty to drink (water bottles can be refilled).
For the safety of others on site, please ensure that this lunch does not contain nut products.
Equipment
All safety equipment is provided.
Cost
Multi-activity days are £50 per child per day and run from 9.30am to 4.15pm.

If you feel it is very important that your child need to be with specific friend, we will do our best to accommodate your request, please mention your child's friend at sign in.
