TAZ is getting all festive the first week of January!
We are offering single days which are bookable now.
Each day your child will take part in land based outdoor activities.
Drop off and pick up time
9.30am to 4.15pm
Price per day £50
Book Young Explorer Multi -activity (1 day) for 6 to 7 year olds
Book Junior Multi -activity (1 day) for 8 to 11 year olds
Activities that may take place:
- Archery
- Orienteering including map and compass skills and navigation around site,
- Team challenges and games
- Climbing
- Eco arts and crafts/natural art
- bug hotel building
- scavenger hunt
- nature hike
- mud faces
Woodlands skills
- bushcraft survival skills
- fire lighting,
- cooking over fire
- den building
- tracking
Additional Information
Our fully qualified instructors will inspire everyone to achieve and learn while spending the day having bags of fun.
Day activity session:
9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.15pm to 4.15pm with 45 minutes lunch break.
All safety equipment is provided.
Due to rare unforeseen circumstances (eg: bad weather, damaged equipment) the activity sessions may adapt and in some cases may be substituted for an appropriate alternative.
TAZ courses and activities are only bookable online.
What to wear
- Wear long trousers or leggings (not jeans), a long sleeved top and trainers.
- Be prepared for all weathers by wearing layers and bring waterproofs as you will be outside all day and in all weathers.
- Ensure that all long hair is tied back for the duration of the course.
Don't forget to bring a packed lunch
There are no vending facilities on-site.
Your child will need to bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.
For the safety of others on site, please ensure that this lunch does not contain nut products and plenty to drink (water bottles can be refilled).
