Childcare vouchers

We accept Childcare vouchers and Government Tax Free Childcare for TAZ holiday activities at all our centres.

This does not include bookings for Little Squirrels Forest Schools or Duke of Edinburgh residentials.

How to book using your childcare voucher

1. Register us with your Childcare voucher provider, if you haven’t done so already. See table below for information that will be required by your provider.
2. If you have already made a booking and paid by debit or credit card, we are unable to apply childcare vouchers and refund any payments that have already been processed.
3. Make your TAZ holiday activity booking online a minimum of 14 days prior to the activity date.  Our booking system will not accept payments by Childcare voucher or Government Tax Free Childcare after this point.
4. During the booking process, on the payment screen, select the option to pay by Childcare voucher and enter either your Government Tax Free Childcare reference number or the name of your Childcare voucher provider.
5. You will receive an email from SOLD with your booking reference.
6. You must contact your Childcare voucher provider or Government Tax Free Childcare within 24 hours of booking to request they make a payment to us and ensure you quote your SOLD booking reference.
7. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive payment. If we haven't received the payment within 7 days of the booking being made, the booking will be cancelled, and you'll need to book again online.

Please note we are unable to refund Childcare voucher or Government Tax Free Childcare payments.

When you contact your provider, you may need to use our address and/or postcode or Centre Ofsted Number.
