Arrival and departure information

Arrival and departure times are provided on your booking paperwork and must be observed as outside of these times we cannot guarantee staff will be available or the centre open.

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your start time stated on your booking paperwork.

For Duke of Edinburgh Award groups who are camping at our centres, the arrival time is 4.30PM and departure time is between 9.15AM and 9.30AM. Arriving onsite earlier and departing later cannot be guaranteed, and there may be an additional charge. Please discuss this at the time of booking.

Access to teepees, cabins and yurts are from 4.30PM on day of arrival until 9.30AM on day of departure.

This is to ensure our staff have time to clean between groups, therefore groups must remove all belongings from the teepees, cabins and yurts by 9.30AM.

A separate storage area for your luggage will be provided.

High Ashurst only

If you are arriving by coach and have booked a park and ride from Rykas Cafe please telephone the office on 01372 378901 when you are approximately 15 minutes away.

Henley Fort only

If you are arriving by coach please telephone Henley Fort when you are approximately 10 minutes away. Alternatively contact the office on 01372 378901 and we will pass the message onto your instructors.
