Arrival and departure information

Your booking paperwork includes your arrival and departure times. Please stick to these times, as we cannot guarantee staff availability or that the centre will be open outside of them.

Arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.

For Duke of Edinburgh Award groups camping at our centres, the arrival time is 4:30 PM. Departure is between 9:15 AM and 9:30 AM. Arriving earlier or departing later is not guaranteed and may incur an extra charge. Please discuss this when booking.

Access to teepees, cabins and yurts are from 4.30PM on day of arrival until 9.30AM on day of departure.

This is to ensure our staff have time to clean between groups, therefore groups must remove all belongings from the teepees, cabins and yurts by 9.30AM.

A separate storage area for your luggage will be provided.

High Ashurst only

If you are arriving by coach and have booked a park and ride from Rykas Cafe please telephone the office on 01372 378901 when you are approximately 15 minutes away.

If you are arriving by coach please telephone Henley Fort when you are approximately 10 minutes away. Alternatively contact the office on 01372 378901 and we will pass the message onto your instructors.
