Cabin rules, guidelines and checklist
- Access to cabins is available from 4.30 PM on the day of arrival. Cabins must be vacated by 9.30AM on the day of departure. A luggage holding area can be arranged if required.
- Outdoor shoes must not be worn inside the cabin There is an area for outdoor shoes to be left inside the entrance of the cabin. It is recommended that groups bring slippers to wear inside the cabin.
- Bottom sheets, pillows, pillowcases, duvets and duvet covers are provided. All beds must be made up by the group using the cabin and striped at the end of the stay. All beds are bunk beds.
- A DVD player and monitor screen are available in every cabin. There is currently no internet connection available within cabins. Board games can be provided.
- All cabins and immediate surrounding areas are No Smoking Zones. A smoking area is available. Please ask on arrival.
- All young people must be supervised by group leaders at all times and are not to be left unattended in cabins.
- It is essential that you have pre-planned the groups sleeping arrangements within the cabins, taking into account the available accommodation and gender split.
- High dependency groups booked in for a residential stay at Pinnacle cabin can request day use of the cabin at an additional cost. Please contact us to check availability.

Cabin checklist
Prior to or on arrival
- Complete cabin room allocation plans or bring with you
- Confirm medical details or bring with you
- Send all dietary requirements at least three weeks prior to arrival
During and on departure
- Report all accidents to staff
- Report suspicious visitors and occurrences to staff
- Ensure all rubbish is collected and disposed of in the appropriate bin
- Make beds on arrival and strip on departure
- Return all hired equipment, clean and complete
- Leave the cabin as it was found and report any defects to staff at the earliest opportunity
- Return all keys
